Message	connector, instead I just substituted using male/female crimp on spaded connectors (after removing the oem connectors on both sides). Used heat shrink tubing over the crimp ends for better moisture protection -- has been fine for 4 years now and tucks away nicely behind/under the balance tube.... I reversed the male/female ends on black vs white wires - that way the 2 can't be mixed up if taken apart. If needed that damaged wire can be extended a little bit too so the wire ends are the same length...
